As the ground below me shakes
These feelings sink further in
Tidal waves of emotions
That tell me not to give in

If attachments are a weakness
Then surely I'm the worst
With days passing by slower than minutes

The dream I envisioned
Creates a thunderous raw
An inner hell that's hard to ignore

If there is one thing I am sure of
It is that it is never too late
You only need to look past the fear
That is keeping this beauty in wake
And open your mind to see what could be
